Matilda Original - Slice Cake

If you grew up watching Matilda and thought I would absolutely finish that whole cake — this one's for you. 

Moist chocolate layers, generously coated in a glossy ganache made with Callebaut couverture chocolate. Hand-baked with way too much love and just the right amount of chocolate. Cat-approved, obviously.
